Hopeville Family Ministries has been a great help to me in completing my community service hours and I’ve done community service before and it’s usually something you want to hurry up and get it done but Hopeville Family  Ministries is not that place.  This is by far the best community service place I have been too and it’s a place that makes you want to be here. I will most definitely be volunteering long after my hours are completed.  This a great place to come meet new people, help out and make new friends.  I have to complete 80 hours of community service for a mistake I made and I’ve completed them already.  I still happily volunteer and will continue too.  This place has 100% helped changed my mindset and I see myself volunteering here for a very long time. Thank you to the foundation for feeding so many people in the community. The job that gets done every week is amazing. Thank you to all of the volunteers they give up their time to help feed the community they definitely are a blessing and are able to bless many families.

I have volunteered at Hopeville Family food pantry for a few years. I deal with social anxiety and avoidance personality issues. Volunteering at Hopeville helps me to be more open with people I don’t get paid but I’ve been blessed with food to take home which has helped me and my family tremendously. Hopeville has helped a lot of people over the years and I’m glad to be a part of it and to know that that I’m giving back to the community that has helped me and my family when we are in need they help volunteer

I have been here for two years, and the Lord has made me a better person and I have been blessed.

*I have volunteered for almost one year and have met so many people. The joy that I get from knowing the demanding work put in is going to be a great cause is a blessing. Our volunteers are amazing people.

Pastor Russ helped me survive COVID-19 I was a ventilator patient only given 50% chance to live and his sermons and food bank has helped me get through the week he is an amazing man.

Even though I am a pagan of Norse religion you all have greeted me with open arms and have not condemned me for being Pagan, but you all have accepted me thank you thank you thank you JS.

Hopeville panty has helped me. I’m a home caregiver and two of my low-income clients have enough healthy food to make it through each month. Both clients are homebound thank you AT.

*FM & G  The food supply provided by this organization has been extremely helpful to me it has reduced my grocery bill enormously and the food pantry has enabled me to use the amount of money saved to pay my other household. I am very appreciative of the food given and I am thankful for this service.

Hopeville food pantry has been a true blessing. I am with a long-term disability, and this has been a redeeming quality GG.

Hopeville ministry food pantry has been a big blessing to my family since 2019. I was not a Christian yet. I heard God and Jesus but have not believed in him. One day I heard “reckless love” in while I was waiting for the food. Another day a song “will ever be,” and I started singing them. When I heard the gospel and put my trust to Jesus. These are one of the moments that I remember. These were seeds being sown. The place has not provided me (with just sic) food but the food of life. The place and the people prayed for me and my family. My second and third baby, they prayed and helped me. They prayed for my husband who has Alzheimer’s. They are so patient of m. Hopeville ministries:  With being a senior citizen, supporting a disabled grandson, with infection at an all time high, and no end in sight. The pantry is truly a blessing. Words cannot express my deep and grateful gratitude.

I don’t come here every week but when I am here the experience is always amazing. The people helping are all polite, friendly, and helpful. You meet people every time. This is the family affair through Jesus our Lord. Amen

*Being new to the area, new job ,new home, etcetera has been a difficult transition for my family and I. Being able to come each week has saved us money from buying groceries. Money that we don’t have to spend. In the last month, I have been transporting four others in my truck whose families have need especially during the summer with the kids being out of school. Hopeville is a great blessing to my husband and I. We were struggling before moving close to here, loss of job, lost car, etcetera. Hopeville has allowed me to have meals every single day without worrying about not having enough or of having only a bread and water diet. Hopeville even helps feed my two cats (emotional support pets for sure) that are 5- and 21-years old. God bless you all.

Hopeville has helped me by doing the food pantry. We hit a hard place and couldn’t afford food, and this has helped a lot. I usually don’t feel comfortable in church, but this one is different. They are very accepting and try to help as many people as they can. Thank you.
