VOLUNTEERS, PARTICIPANTS & GENERAL PUBLIC HFHC operates as a tri‑fold ministry consisting of a food pantry, church, and counseling center. As such, its environment includes rotating volunteers, seasonal workers, community service participants, visitors, and members of the general public. All individuals present on HFHC premises or participating in HFHC activities are subject to this Media Release unless a written Opt‑Out Request is submitted and approved in advance.

CONFIDENTIALITY EXCEPTION — HEALING & COUNSELING SESSIONS The “no expectation of privacy” clause does not apply to HFHC’s counseling, inner‑healing, or ministry sessions. All ministry sessions involving personal, emotional, or spiritual care are conducted in strict confidentiality. HFHC does not photograph, record, or publicly disclose any portion of these sessions without explicit, written consent from the individual(s) involved.

NO EXPECTATION OF PRIVACY IN PUBLIC OR GROUP SETTINGS HFHC facilities and events may be considered public or semi‑public environments. Individuals should not expect privacy regarding incidental photography or videography occurring during normal ministry operations outside of confidential counseling or healing sessions.

Revocation applies only to future media use and does not require HFHC to remove, retract, or delete previously published materials.
