Dear community partner,
I am Pastor Russ Berry, the President of Hopeville Family Ministries. Hopeville is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization that operates a weekly food pantry to serve our community for those struggling to feed themselves and their families. We serve 1,000 families every week including the homeless, elderly, single parents, veterans, the handicapped and shut ins.
We work with a team of 40+ volunteers that have been faithful to this vision and volunteer an average of 1000 hours per month collectively.
Hopeville’s location is in the heart of New Port Richey. We have been serving this community for 7 years and pray that we can continue making a difference in the lives of those who need it most.
We currently depend on private donations, and we are going through a season of tremendous financial need. This is the first time we have had to ask the public for financial assistance but we’re experiencing a rise in overhead expenses and repairs.
Our volunteers work six days a week to feed families every Saturday. We also work with and distribute food to other Feeding Tampa Bay food pantries as well.
As the President of this organization, along with my wife, we are fully committed to meeting the needs of others. We are asking for your support and donations to cover our immediate needs and monthly expenses. Will you prayerfully consider a onetime gift now and helping us on a regular basis to serve West Pasco’s greatest need.
Many blessings to you all.
Pastor Russ Berry
